Road Maintenance Fees

Beddington Road Maintenance Association ( BRMA ) is a legal entity whose mission is to fund the maintenance of the shared infrastructure of Southwest Pond, Pleasant River Lake Properties, Pleasant River Lake Southeast Development, and Spruce Mountain Lake.

The BRMA receives no assistance from the town of Beddington and we, ourselves, are the sole source of funding to maintain the roads.

The annual road fee is $150.00 

Road fees for the current year are due January 1st - March 15th.

As a friendly reminder, if your road fees are not paid up to date you will not be able to vote at the association meeting
