The Road Committee of the BRMA have recently driven the Association's roads and created a plan for maintenance required in 2022.  The plan is based on the conditions of the various roads as well as the available funds from the Association's current bank balance.  When the timing of the work to be performed is determined, we will provide an update to the members.  Here is the 2022 Road Maintenance Plan:
